Last week Google announced the new Pixel Buds, set to release in 2020 and to which will adopt a wireless design and be a worthy rival to the Apple Air Pods. The company also announced some of the technical specs, such as 5 hours of continuous listening with up to 24 hours from the wireless charging case which can be recharged via USB-C connection.
Google also mentioned features like free connection to Google Assistant, and the technology of being able to detect speech through vibrations in the jaw, which will allow them to detect your voice with more precision when speaking through the mic.
As if that isn’t enough, Google also spent hours of research to create the perfect design to fit your ears comfortably, after scanning thousands of ears from all over the world. Probably the most impressive feature is that the Pixel Buds Bluetooth connectivity will be able to stay connected a a football field away from your phone.
They’ll cost $179 and are set to release early next year.
